Refund policy
At TorchMoto, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom painted parts
- Custom color orders
- Special-order items
- Used or installed products
- Clearance or sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process above.
Shipping Times
Some specialty or custom products may require additional processing time. Estimated shipping windows are listed on applicable product pages.
